In 1582 my Grandparents were employed in Clearwine Fort as scribes, where they stayed and were not present at the Battle of Grizzly Peak. However, in 1597 my Grandmother travelled with the army to the Holy Country, witnessing the murder of several members of the Sartar royal house for whom she was working. Then in 1602, she was again caught up in the war this time as the Lunars invaded Sartar. During the Battle of Boldhome she fought and died with glory. Between 1603 and 1605 my Grandfather took care of the family and continued his work as a scribe.
